Q: What happens after I press the 'submit' button to enter my credit card?

A: Within seconds we will send you to a confirmation page where we issue you your own Toll Free Genie Number and your password. We will also allow you to select a Local Number from over 4,000 cities and communities we cover in the United States. This page will also provide you some instructions on how to start using your Universal Office and we will send you more details via email. You will be sent a Welcome Letter with all of your information, including additional detailed instructions on how to use your Universal Office (complete Table of Content describing all of its features).
